Does anyone have/know where to find the filmed version - where the screen stays black till just after the "baaa-ba-ba-baaaa's" finish and the old Weherenberg logo w/the crown splashes on screen? I'd love to see that one more time!

I think they may have re-done a version of this for their 100 year anniversary... I've gone to about 3 movies recently and it seems a bit different.

I'm really happy these are still on here...I live in Springfield and we didn't even get a Wehrenberg until around 95. I remember seeing movies at the age of like 10 and whispering "Wehrenberg!" along with the rest of the movie theatre patrons. It's become somewhat of a legend in the area now...so I'm thrilled to see someone was able to preserve that theme digitally.

The new 2007 theme is a nice kickback but it's nowhere near as good as the original 64 version.

I'm also with the new generation and I've never even heard the one from '95! I kinda like the new one now with the old movie theaters and the dancing and stuff but the one from 1964 just sounds awsome. I showed it to my dad and he smiled a big smile. It sounds so good. Whenever I go to a theater now I usally only go to a wherenberg one. Ba Ba Ba Ba...

as a prelude to time bandits, the dark crystal, bambi, and all the rest, this tune was totally the best part of the film. my brother and sisters and I would always pysche each other out to see who would come in too early on the ba ba ba bas (easily done when your hyped up on the scratched up orange and brown 60s graphics that accompanied this masterpeice)! thanks very much for that. p.s. also grew up in chesterfield in the 80s..gag me with a spoon. !

Thank you, thank you, thank you. I've been looking for this every once in a while for years! I grew up in Chesterfield, MO in the 80s and haven't forgotten how cool this classic intro was. Thanks again.

As a kid of the new generation, I only grew up hearing the '95 version, and Ive been scouring the internet for 2+ years since they stopped playing it, and went back to a more nostalia theme song/jingle. Something about that electric Guitar, and the whispering "Wehrenberg!" just makes me remember those days when I was 12/13, and going to the Jamestown Mall was the "Cool" thing to do.
